Fiesta Inn Veracruz Malecon

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety from 6am to 1pm on weekends! Staff were consistently helpful and friendly.

Though the rooms were decent, I felt the amenities needed an upgrade and the air conditioning in the gym could be better.

the room is great-sized and essentials you need, including climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television, is right there. its location is perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean. the place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is la suriana ii, liked this place.

The professionals in Fiesta Inn were very polite in all situations.

It was a good idea to have somre professionals from the hotel giving some tips about what to visit, etc, but it was not confortable to realize that their real intention was to sell the Fiesta Inn package.

The location near the malecón and zocalo proved ideal for exploring. The staff remained helpful throughout, yet the noise from nearby events occasionally disrupted my peace. A good experience with great amenities.

This was our first visit to Veracruz, scheduled for Carnaval 2011. The location one short block from the Malecon was perfect for all sightseeing and for viewing the Carnaval Parades. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was most helpful and the breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. If you visit for Carnaval, book early as the parades begin and end right at your front door! A great experience.

This is an excellent option to visit Veracruz, near downtown and the beach

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, like free wi-fi, valet parking, and a 24-hour reception. I'll always remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay.

Great to have a traditional restaurant for all three meals and room service. Overall really nice stay in a business trip...

Airconditinning very noisy. Reception made by "students" , they make 30 min to calculate the price of the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Malecón and the historic center. We especially loved taking our grandchild to the aquarium nearby, it was a fantastic experience! Everything was clean and well-maintained.

My kids wished there were more activities for the little ones to keep them entertained. A dedicated play area would be great.

I stayed in a Superior King Room for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean, but it had a bit of a humid smell. The windows didn't seal well, so it felt a bit drafty and mixed smells from outside. The bed was comfy though, and the staff were super friendly and helpful when I needed some documents printed. A decent place, but the smell was a setback.

The views from my Superior King Room with Ocean View were amazing-sipping my morning coffee while watching the waves crash was pure bliss! The buffet breakfast was a good surprise, available until 1pm on weekends, great to feast at our leisure. Lost track of time by the outdoor pool under the sun, feeling pampered by the friendly staff!

Prime location right by the beach, ideal for morning walks along the malecón. The rooftop pool offers a solid view of the coast.

The noise from events at the nearby venue and the hotel's own second-floor activities made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Room ventilation wasn't great, leading to a humid smell that took away from the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere, especially with the windows not fully sealing. Not exactly the peaceful escape one might want while overlooking the sea.
